A cozy stay with friendly staff

The warm welcome from reception staff set the tone for our stay. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast choices were extensive and satisfying. Proximity to public transport was a bonus.

The lack of a coffee machine downstairs was disappointing, especially for night owls craving a late-night drink. The wifi could be quite unreliable, causing inconveniences .

very good service and the food is brilliant. the double room is well furnished and has tea and coffee making facilities, multi-channel tv, and a writing table. satisfactory breakfast that includes slices of fresh bread and cereals. efficient and easygoing staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere.

The rooms are large in the hotel, its very well located for the westfalenhalle and its a quiet area a 15 mn walk into the center of town or a short subway ride

As always in this style /price class of hotel breakfast is not included and is 16 euro quite steep I think

We liked excellent and unbeatable location.

It was perfectly clean, and the people were very helpful. The breakfast was large and offered variety of options. Good sized rooms were facing street. Distance to the airport was just 15 km...

We really enjoyed our one-night stay, especially the spacious and comfortable Junior Suite, which exceeded our expectations in cleanliness. the breakfast setup could use a little more attention. I'd definitely come back again!

A Nice Stay with Fantastic Service!

I enjoyed my stay while attending a Borussia Dortmund match. The breakfast offered a good spread, fueling my day ahead. Just a short stroll to the stadium made it even better!

We were looked after very well at the hotel and found the reception very helpfull especially in terms the checking for flights and travel arrangenents in the circumstances that we found on this break. We hope to return again for the model exibution in 2011 and with reasonable rates will probable increase our duration to the full 5 nights many thanks for a good time

The room was spacious and comfortable, ideally located just a short walk from the Messe. The attentive staff made for a pleasant experience, though the lack of nearby eateries was a downside.

Dear Steigenberger, while my Junior Suite was somewhat spacious, I was appalled by the lack of a coffee machine downstairs-seriously, is that too much to ask? The wifi was ridiculously awful. I almost gave a good review but just couldn't bring myself to do it. #Sofrustrating

Couple comfortable stay

I enjoyed the central location, just minutes away from the main attractions. The breakfast was really good quality, with plenty of options that added a nice touch to the mornings.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but the experience was still acceptable.
